Delicious Naan Bread Delicious Naan Bread
Naan made only with bread flour tends to be tough, and only with cake flour only is not chewy enough, so I wanted to make a personalized version. This is the absolutely best naan I've ever made! Eat with keema curry. If the dough sticks to your hands, dust with a little bread flour when forming the dough. When putting the dough in the frying pan, roll it out a bit while cooking. If you use a generous amount of olive oil, the naan will stay tender and delicious even after time! Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread Puffy and Delicious Naan Bread
I've uploaded a recipe for keema curry to COOKPAD. I've always bought naan bread from a store to eat with keema curry, but recently, I wanted to try making my own naan. So, I adapted a pizza crust recipe I use often (I'll upload the recipe soon) to make this. This matches perfectly with, Keema Curry. If you make the curry while the naan bread dough is rising, it's efficient. If you wrap up the naan in plastic wrap and microwave it for 20 seconds to warm it up, it will be puffy and delicious. For 6 pieces. Recipe by takkytake cookpad.japan -
Cheese Naan Bread Cheese Naan Bread
In our home, we occasionally make naan to eat with curry. After making them many times, I settled on this recipe since it has a flavor and texture that my family loves. In Step 6, instead of using a rolling pin, you can just stretch out the dough with your hands. In Step 7, adjust the cooking time depending on your stove and frying pan. I put a thin film of oil in the pan, but you can omit the oil if you prefer. Recipe by caramel-cookie cookpad.japan -

Easy & Authentic Naan Bread Easy & Authentic Naan Bread
I wanted to make freshly cooked naan at home, so I cam up with this recipe. Please be sure to bake the naan on the at a high temperature. It will be nicely browned, as delicious as authentic Indian naan is. For the all purpose flour, use Lys d'Or or a flour that is specifically meant for French-style bread. If you can't get all purpose flour, use half each of cake and bread flours.I added baking powder to the recipe to improve it. If you don't have any though, you can just omit it. Chewy and Light Naan Bread Chewy and Light Naan Bread
I wanted to eat naan that's chewy and moist like the naan at Indian restaurants.By spreading the dough with oil, it becomes easier to flatten, and doesn't stick to your hands.Stretch the dough out in your hands, rather than rolling it outMake the dough bumpy rather than uniformly flat. Air Fryer Naan / Flat Bread Air Fryer Naan / Flat Bread
I love Naan especially fresh and hot. It is surprising easy to do in your air fryer and because you are using an air fryer, you don't get any smoke like you do when you use a cast iron pan. This recipe is super flexible. You can use different sweeteners though they need to be sugar in nature for the yeast to work. As well, you can mix in things like dried fruit just before you let the dough prove; make sure your mix ins don't contain salt or too much moisture. If you want something that is whole wheat based, you can swap 2 cups of flour for it.If you feel like adding some seasoning to the rolled out dough before you air fry it, that works too. Just remember that seasoning in the air fryer goes a long ways Chris Jordan -
