Ingredients

  1. 1and a half cup flour
  2. 1 cupoats
  3. 150 gbutter
  4. 1egg
  5. 1 cupmilk
  6. 1tblspn butter scocth flavour
  7. Halfcup sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix butter and sugar,add in the egg,flour,oats and flavour,mix to form a dough, refrigerate the dough for abt 15 to 20mins

    Line a baking pan then pinch out a desired amount of the dough,roll into a small ball,flatten it a bit, then press the center with your thumb to form a well in the middle,bake for about 15 mins or until golden brown.

    Melt any chocolate of your choice,put in a piping bag and carefully fill the thumb holes(after the cookies have cooled completely)with the melted chocolate
