Ingredients

  1. 16 cupsflour +2cups for dusting
  2. 3 cupssugar
  3. 1 cupmilk
  4. 250grm butter
  5. 1 tblslemon zest
  6. 2tlbs baking powder
  7. 5eggs
  8. Water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a big bowl add flour sugar baking powder milk eggs butter and lemon zest then use your hand mix everything well

  2. 2

    NOTE: LEMON ZEST IS NOT NECESSARY IT SERVE AS A PRESERVATIVE WHEN YOU ARE GOING TO KEEP IT FOR LONG

    Then add little amount of water and make a very hard dough knead it well and make sure its soft then sprinkle flour on a surface and roll it and cut into desired shapes

    Fry your chin chin a hot oil and make sure you are stiring it continuesly so to avoid burning after frying allow it to cool for atleast 5hours before packaging
