Soft Yogurt Bread
I don't like yogurt so much, but I want to eat it as much as possible, so I make breads or sweets using it.Letting the dough sit for a while at Step 4 lets the dough loosen up. If you don't let the dough sit for a while before rolling it out, the dough will soon shrink. This is the same reason to let the dough sit for 15 minutes at Step 2 after the 1st proofing. Bread Rolls that Stay Soft the Next Day

Strawberry Bread
I added dried strawberries to my usual strawberry dough, and created a white bread roll inspired by the novel "Heidi."The recipe calls for 150 g of strawberries but some stick to the mixer so the final amount is more like 145 g.The dried strawberries will be smashed if you add them in the automatic function of the bread maker. This gives the bread a strawberry taste throughout, if you prefer to retain the shape of the strawberries: mix in after removing the dough from the bread maker (like I do). Recipe by La Land

Soft & Fluffy Milk Bread

P-chan's White Sandwich Bread (in a bread machine)
I was annoyed at the lack of soft crusted, low salt, sandwich breads using a bread machine. I finally found a satisfactory recipe and adjusted it myself to make a loaf that doesn't have a very hard crust, is soft & tasty on the inside, isn't overly salty and fits in my toaster. I use a Panasonic SD-2501 bread machine.

Christmas wreath bread
A great bread for Christmas! You can decorate them when the bread is done cooling off! When making bread-When placing yeast and salt in a bowl at the beginning, do not put it next to each other! When yeast touches salt before the yeast is dissolved in liquid, the salt will stop yeast from working.-Always use warm milk and unsalted butter-when rising, make sure the dough has doubled its size from beginning to end. Adjust the time if necessary.-if the dough is drying, spray water with spray bottle

Pull apart bread

This is our family's standard bread dough. I used to use less butter in it, but I wanted the dough to have a more silky texture, so I settled on this amount. If dusting your work surface, use as little flour as possible!Make sure the dough doesn't dry out when it is rising or resting! When forming the dough, don't touch it more than is necessary!Bake this dough at high temperature for a short time!As long as you pay attention to these points, I guarantee that you can make delicious, light as air bread. Soft and Sweet Walnut Bread
I really liked the sweet, soft, and moist walnut bread from a bakery when I was in college. Most walnut bread is hard with a lean taste, but I really miss the bread from that bakery, and I think I have come close to the taste.Brown sugar is rich and its sweetness goes the best with walnuts, so I recommend using it the most. I added in a bit of maple syrup to give it a moist texture. You can also use honey. Please sprinkle with a bit of powder when working with this if you need it. It might be tastier cooled than when freshly baked. For 6. Recipe by Dokintan

Always Soft Basic Bread Dough
I took my usual sandwich bread recipe and shaped the dough. You can also use 180 g of strong flour and 20 g of cake flour. It so soft, it almost melts in your mouth when you have it just out of the oven (the white bread is especially soft). For the amount of sugar, use 10 g if the bread is a savory bread, and 20 g if making a sweet bread.During the fermentation process the dough will dry out in the bread case, so make sure to turn the dough over while removing any excess gas. After the first rise, it should weigh about 390 g. Chocolate Marble Bread Made in a Bread Machine
I made this chocolate marble bread at my children's request. An important point of Step 8 is to leave space for the dough to rise after you put it back in the bread pan.The second rising may not be long enough when made in a bread machine so the pattern may come out a bit checkered.Personally, I think it might be better to let the dough rise for a second time, then bake it in the oven, but it tastes just as good made in a bread machine, and you can still see a nice marbled pattern. Quick-Baked Milk Bread Loaf in a Bread Maker
I stumbled upon this recipe when looking for a way to make quick, delicious bread. When you don't have honey, you can substitute it with sugar. You can bake the bread on the "standard course", but the "quick bake" setting will make the bread fluffier .The normal crust is good, but I prefer baking this loaf with a light crust. You can use 220 g of bread flour + 30 g of cake flour or 250 g of bread flour. For 1 loaf. Recipe by Yuukarikoara

Fluffy Carrot Bread Made in a Bread Maker

Fluffy Rice Flour Milky Hearth Bread
I wanted to try making something with rice flour. This milky hearth bread is easy to make with the bread maker and doesn't require a first rising. This milky hearth bread looks cute when sliced from the notches cut into the top. If you don't have a bread knife to cut the notches, you can use a double-edged razor that can usually be found at hardware stores to cleanly slice through. Notch the center first and then slice 2 slits on either side. Recipe by Keichannopatoka-
