Ingredients

6-8 servings
  1. Beef: 1-1.5 lbs of beef
  2. Onions: 1 onions
  3. Garlic: 4 gloves or about 2 tablespoons
  4. Olive Oil: tablespoons olive oil
  5. Cumin: 1 1/2 tablespoons of cumin
  6. Brown Sugar: 1 1/2 tablespoons of brown sugar
  7. Green Bell Pepper: 1/2 1/2 tablespoons green bell pepper
  8. Chilli Powder: 1 1/2 tablespoons of chilli powder
  9. Oregano: 2 teaspoons of oregano
  10. Thyme: 2 teaspoons of thyme
  11. Paprika: 2 teaspoons of paprika
  12. Salt: 2 teaspoons of salt
  13. Pepper: 1 teaspoons of pepper
  14. Cayenne Pepper: 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  15. Tomatoes: 1 can of diced tomatoes
  16. Tomato Sauce: 1 can of tomato sauce
  17. Tomato Paste: 2 1/2 tablespoon of tomato paste
  18. Chicken Broth: 2 cups of chicken broth
  19. Kidney Beans: 1 can kidney beans or mixed beans
  20. Toppings
  21. Cheese (of your choice)
  22. Cilantro
  23. Jalapeños: stems removed and minced
  24. Fritos
  25. Sour Cream
  26. Green Onion

Cooking Instructions

    Cook meat in medium pan with oil until broken up and cooked through

    Add the onion to the meat and add S&P until soft. Then add garlic bell peppers. Then drain the fat and grease.

    Add in the beans, seasonings, dice tomoatoes, with sauce, and broth,

    Mix and cook for about 20 minutes. Taste and season to liking.
