  2. 3 packagesKnox gelatine
  3. 3 tbspSugar
  4. 3 1/2 cupsBoiling water
  5. 250 ml (1 cup)Whipping cream

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Mix the jello powder, gelatine, and sugar in a large bowl.

  2. 2

Pour boiling water into the powder mixture and stir until everything is melted and well incorporated.

  3. 3

While the hot water and jello mixture is still hot, pour in the whipping cream and stir.

  4. 4

After everything is stirred, pour the mixture into a glass tray. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge until the jello firms up. While cooling, the jello will naturally split on it's own, creating a two tone jello.
