Ingredients

  1. Tamarind
  2. Fresh ginger
  3. All ground spices, nutmeg
  4. Mint(fresh or dried)
  5. Sugar

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak tamarind and extract juice

  2. 2

    Boil tamarind with ginger, spices and mint

  3. 3

    Boil sugar until it caramelizes and then add the tamarind juice into the caramel. Add ice cubes and serve cold
