Ingredients

  1. 1x can beans
  2. 1x can lentils
  3. 1x can diced tomatoes
  4. Spinach
  5. 1x Onion
  6. Minced garlic
  7. packetChilli seasoning
  8. Chilli flakes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dice onion and fry in a big pot until translucent. Add 1tbs of minced garlic.

    Add beans, lentils and diced tomatoes

  3. 3

    Add chilli seasoning and chilli powder.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 10mins or until desired thickness is achieved.

  5. 5

    Add spinach and turn down heat. Serve with avocado, yoghurt and rice or nachos
