Ingredients

  1. 3 cupswhite rice
  2. 1/2 cupcooked rice
  3. 5 tbspsugar
  4. 1 tbspyeast
  5. Pinchsalt
  6. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Wash the white rice and soak it overnight

  2. 2

    Cooked the 1/2 cup of rice.

  3. 3

    Mix the both rice and grind.

  4. 4

    Add the yeast after grinding and put it in a warm place, allow it to rise and double it size.

  5. 5

    Add sugar and the salt and then fry using Tanda
