Cooking Instructions

Start by adding the flour, baking powder, salt, sugar, yeast, yougurt, milk, vegetable oil in the mixter with the dough mixing attachment & mix untill a soft dough is established, then cover with a damp cloth

Alternatively you can knead by hand until a soft dough is established.

Next allow the dough to rest for 60 minutes then form into small equal sized dough balls & fill every ball with cheese as desired & place the stuffed dough balls next to each other in a baking dish greased with butter.

Next allow the dough to rest for another 15 minutes. Then before it go's in the oven we brush the top of the dough with some butter & bake in the oven at 180° for 25 - 30 minutes or until dough balls are golden brown

Finally when the baking dish is out of the oven brush the top with a generous amount of fresh honey then garnigh with roasted sesame seeds (optional) then transfer it to your choice of serving dishe and enjoy warm.

Note: we can substitute brushing the dough before baking with a mixture of one egg mixed with some milk instead of butter.
