Ingredients

  1. 1 sachetSimas butter
  2. 1 cupsugar
  3. 8eggs
  4. 2 cupsflour
  5. 3 tbspnpowdered milk
  6. 1 tbspnbaking powder
  7. Coconut
  8. 1tspn of coconut flavour+1/2 tspn of vanilla extract
  9. Redvelvet colour

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl add the butter & sugar & mix using hand mixer for about 30mins until fluffy, add the eggs & mix, add all the dry ingredients and keep mixing, add the flavour & shredded coconut.

    Separate the batter in two bowls & add redvelvet color in one bowl & mix. Set the parchment papers in the baking pan, add the batter in two portion & add grated coconut on the surface. Bake for 15mins.
