Cooking Instructions

    Cut ur chicken and wash it.

    Put ur chicken into a clean pot and add ur seasoning cubes,garlic,ginger,salt,curry,tyme,bay leaves,cloves,black pepper and onions.

    Put one cup of water depending on the quantity of ur chicken.

  4. 4

    Put it on fire and coocked till the meat is soft.

  5. 5

    Strain the meat from the pot and set ur frying pan on fire by putting oil in it.

  6. 6

    Fry the chicken till its golden brown.

  7. 7

    In a separate pan put ur onoins and scotch bonnet with curry and seasoning cubes to make a sauce.

    Put ur chicken inside the sauce pan and turn so as the sauce to stick with the chicken.
