Camp banana splits (to go)!

One of my favorite cakes to make and the family loves it... serve it immediately with a scoop of ice cream or later with a cup of coffee.

This is a delicious way to enjoy the summers perfect fruit. I did not sweeten any of the fruit, I wanted the pure fruit flavor with the sweetness of all the other ingredients complementing the berries and peaches. This recipe makes 4 large banana splits, each one can serve 2 easily.

I have some leftover birthday ice cream that I needed to use up before the next birthday and this is what I made I used what I had at home I got this recipe off of a taco brand website and made my own bowls. Something different. Kids loved it.

I had lots of chocolate left over from Valentine's Day, so I topped it on my breakfast toast.If mincing the chocolate is too much trouble, it's fine to just break it up and place it on the bread. The banana will melt better if it's sliced.It's definitely tastier if you spread margarine on the bread. I was looking online for recipes that weren't banana bread or muffins and found this one. It's originally a Betty Crocker recipe from what I see, but I've already changed the quantity of banana (original recipe called for 2 bananas - I had 3) , and the vinegar used (original recipe asked for regular white vinegar and I only had white wine vinegar) , and those adaptations worked!! So fast, flavourful and moist!! I used one fork for mashing and stirring, an it comes together in the same pan its baked in!! Bonus bonus and bonus!! And thank you baby for your photography work!!

Got ice cream maker last week. This one's in book but I doubled the recipe and used alpro unsweetened almond milk instead off full fat, single cream instead of double & truvia alternative sugar to caster sugar. Then I added xanthan gum according to weight to stop it freezing solid in the freezer..If your making this for after a meal for a family you can skip the xanthan gum. This ice cream is only for me so needed freezing. Also I got it down to 84 calories per 100g

I wanted to make scones, but realised that I didn't have enough cake flour. I tried mixing bread flour, banana and other ingredients together, poured the mixture into moulds, baked it in the oven, and I ended up with tasty cupcakes.If you aren't using a food processor, combine the egg, sugar, melted butter, milk and crushed banana into a bowl in that order, and mix with a whisk at each addition.
