Ingredients

  1. 5egg yolks
  2. 1egg
  3. 1/2 cupmelted butter
  4. 100 mlmilk
  5. 1/2 cupall purpose flour
  6. 1/4 cupcorn flour
  7. 5egg whites
  8. 1/4 tspsalt
  9. 1/2 cupwhite sugar

Cooking Instructions

    Melt butter and blend with milk

  2. 2

    Add flour and corn flour

  3. 3

    Whisk in the egg yolk one at a time and set aside.

  4. 4

    On a sepate bowl, whisk the white eggs together with salt

  5. 5

    Slowly add the white sugar and whisk until it forms stiff peaks

  6. 6

    Fold in approximately 1/3 egg whites to the batter

  7. 7

    Fold in the batter to the egg whites

  8. 8

    Transfer to the prepared pan and bake at 150° celcius for 90 minutes on a water bath
