Ingredients

  1. 1 cuppoha (flatten rice)(wash)
  2. 2medium boiled potatoes (peel and diced)
  3. 2Medium Onions (Chopped)
  4. 2-3green chillies (slitted)
  5. 2-3 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  7. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  8. 1lemon juice
  9. 2 tspsugar
  10. Salt as per taste
  11. 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  12. leavesChopped coriander
  13. Water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash Poha and strain all water in a strainer. Keep a side. Now put pan/ kadhai on low-medium flame add oil, mustard seeds, let it crackled. Now add cumin seeds.

    Add chopped onions saute it till get golden. Now add green chillies slitted. So for a min add diced Boiled Potatoes.

    Squeeze the lemon, add Turmeric Powder and 2-3 tbsp water. Add sugar and mix well.

    Now add wet strain Poha, salt mix it well. Taste it and adjust the taste accordingly. Sprinkle coriander leaves

    Mix it an serve with ratlami sev.
