Baked meat pie
I baked the meat pie for my family on a weekend.
Cooking Instructions

Seive flour first then add pinch of salt and baking powder

Then add in butter melted and rub very well and then add water to form dough

Allow to rest for 5 mins and prepare the filling

For the filling put the minced meat in a pan.

Add little water add onions,and seasoning and heedah spice was added too. Allow to cook

After that you add it to the minced meat and stir so as to have a homogenous mixture and it is ready to be filled.

Scrape carrot dice it and then add.

Roll the dough then use the meat pie mould and the put the filling and cut or you can just use fork to cover the mouth but make sure you rub water at the edge.

Put in a baking tray egg wash the top surface pree heat the oven then bake at 120 degree for 45 min
