  1. Gizdodo
  2. Oil
  3. Onions
  4. Garlic and ginger paste
  5. Scotch bonnet
  6. Maggi
  7. Salt
  8. Water

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and boil your gezzard in a pot

  2. 2

    When it's done add oil and onions in the pan and fry

  3. 3

    Then add your scotch bonnet together with ginger and garlic paste

  4. 4

    Then add the gezzard together with little maggi salt thyme and water (small quantity)and allow to cook serve🥰
