Peanut soup (kuli kuli soup)

#repurstate. Peanut bars (kuli kuli) is a locally made snack especially in the northern part of Nigeria. Originally made from Peanuts/groundnuts. The bars will then be grind into powdered form and used as thickner in making soups. Growing up from a humble background in North you can't help learning peanut soup.
Cooking Instructions

In a pot add two cups of water+ onions, locust bean, spices and seasoning and bring to boil. Then thicken your soup with the the grounded peanut according to the consistency you want. Allow to boil for like 5 min. Shredd the fish and add, allow for 2 min. Add the vegetables and red oil allow to simmer for couple of minutes then done. Serve with semolina, tuwon shinkafa or even white rice.
