Coconut Doughnut 🍩 (no milk)
This is another way of touching and creating a mouth 👄 watering Doughnut 🍩 for you and your loved ones
Cooking Instructions

Set all your ingredients

Break and whisk your egg, add your melted butter, yeast, sugar and salt and whisk well.

Grate your nutmeg into your bowl of flour, add the grated Coconut and mix with ur hand ✋ or spatula.

Pour the egg mixture into the flour mixture and mix.

On a dry surface, dust some flour on it and move your dough to knead properly. During the kneading process you can add vegetable oil or more flour to reduce the stickiness.

After kneading, rub some oil in a bowl and transfer your dough. Cover properly and set aside for about 15 to 30 min to enable it double in size.

After the dough has doubled in size, kneed one more time, and cut into four.

Roll 🍥 out each dough with your rolling pin. Use ur doughnut 🍩 cutter and cut out.

Fry and serve
