Ingredients

  1. 2 cupflour
  2. 2tblspn butter
  3. 3tblspn v/oil
  4. 1/2tspn salt
  5. 1tspn Baking powder
  6. Filling
  7. 1sardine fish
  8. 1Red pepper
  9. 3scotch bonnet
  10. 1medium size onion
  11. to tasteSeasonings
  12. Salt
  13. V/oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash ur fish with water and vaneger, remove the head and all the dirt from the inside,put in a put and place on meium heat add thyme, onions (sliced)and maggi cube allow it to cook

    Put 2cups of flour in a clean bowl add salt,baking powder, butter and vegetable oil mix it all together add little water to foam a dough,kneed it very well cover and set aside

    After the fish is well cooked remove all the gills and mash place in a pan add in ur chopped or ground red pepper, scotch bonnet and onions and stir add 3tblsn of v/oil and seasonings continue stirring then you add little salt

    Bring the dough to a chopping board or table sprinkle flour on it and knead divide into 4,take 1 and roll on the board,use your cutter to cut into a square size and then divide the square into 2equal halves

    Use each half and put 1full spoon of the filling and roll

  6. 6

    Place your pan of oil on high heat until hot put the rolled fish dough and then reduce the fire to medium heat and fry.keep turning it consistently until golden brown
