Cooking Instructions

    Grate your pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic

    Slice some onions, cut your spinach add salt and wash, drain

    Clean your dry fish

    Place a pot on fire, pour palm and veg oil, add slice onions and fry for 2mnts, pour your grated pepper, Scotch bonnet, onion and garlic fry for 2mnts

  5. 5

    Add your clean dry fish seasoning and spices continue frying for 10-15mnts, then add your spinach stir and cover the pot and let simmer for 3mnts in a low heat. I serve mine with white rice😋😋😋
