Ingredients

40 minutes
8 servings
  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupany left lentil.i use moong daal
  3. 1 cupfinely grated spring onions
  4. 2green chilli chopped
  5. Halfcup finely grated cauliflower optional
  6. Halfcup finely grated carrots optional
  7. 1 tablespoonrock salt
  8. 1 tspred chili powder
  9. 1 tspturmeric
  10. 1 tspcumin seeds
  11. 1 tspgaram masala
  12. Halftsp black pepper
  13. 1 tspcoriander powder
  14. 1 tspcumin powder
  15. 2 tablespoonsdesi ghee
  16. Butter to roast paranthas

Cooking Instructions

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First mix all the spices and ingredients together in the flour and donot add water

  2. 2

    Mix well and try to make dough with little addition of water

  3. 3

    In the end add desi ghee and make a smooth little hard dough and let it rest for 30 minutes

  4. 4

    Make yumm paranthas and enjoy yumm breakfast.stay safe stay healthy
