I love fruits and nuts so it is only fitting I make a smoothie bowl every other day and they are also healthy. I am sharing with you one of my favourite combos.
Ps: The picture is the yield, so if you can finish it, then it serves one, if not it serves two people.

Ingredients

No cook time
1 large serving
  1. For smoothie
  2. a few (to taste)frozen blueberries
  3. 1/2of a large mango, frozen
  4. 1banana, frozen
  5. 1 tbsphoney
  6. 2 tbspvanilla yoghurt
  7. Toppings
  8. as neededpineapple cubes
  9. as neededblueberries, frozen or fresh
  10. as neededbanana, sliced
  11. as neededgranola
  12. as neededchia seeds
  13. as neededflax seeds
  14. as neededpeanuts

Cooking Instructions

No cook time

    Gather all the ingredients. Leave the fruits on the counter for about 5 minutes before blending.

    After the 5 minutes, combine everything together in a blender and blend until smooth. Add a splash of water to help in blending if necessary. You may also push the fruits if needed. After blending, pour or scoop into a bowl and arrange the toppings on top.(The recommended toppings are just the toppings I think go well with this smoothie bowl but feel free to use other seeds or fruits.)
