Cooking Instructions

Heat Pan add half the desi ghee add wheat flour and roast it on low flame.

Don't leave the flour in pan: continuously mix it till becomes light brown. It smells nice. Switch off the gas. Wait for some time now add remaining ghee ang jaggery.

Add nutmeg powder and mix well with hand put little ghee on hand make laddoos nothing fancy added to this recipe because it is said that this sweet was made in common people's homes as an offering, but for God everybody is equal. so at Visarjan every one offers this sweet to lord Ganesha.
