Rabdi Ghevar Rabdi Ghevar
Ghevar is a traditional sweet from Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. It is mainly prepared in Rajasthan during Makar Sankranti and Gangaur, and in Uttar Pradesh during the month of Sawan for Teej and Raksha Bandhan. While it can be enjoyed with sugar syrup, Rabdi Ghevar is the most popular version. Usually, we buy ghevar from the market, but this time for Raksha Bandhan, I made it at home and everyone loved it.
