Spicy misal with bread or pav
Cooking Instructions

Firstly make a paste of onion and make tomato puree seperately.
Now heat oil in a cooker and saute ginger garlic paste. - 2
When it starts changing colour and leaves raw smell add the onion paste.

Cook it in medium flame till it is slightly brown in colour.

Now add the curry leaves and dry spices and stir it well and cook till oil separates.

Now add the tomato puree and again cook on medium flame 🔥

Till onion and tomato paste gets combined well to each other.

Now add the matki mix it well and let it cook on it's own till it starts leaving sides.

Keep stirring continuously.
Now add 2-3 glasses of water and cover it with the lid and give 2 whistle. - 9
Open the cooker and check the consistency of gravy if necessary add some water and let it boil on medium flame till oil floats

Gravy should be in quite liquid form as we are going yo have it with pav.

Off the flame garnish with coriander.

Serve hot with mix namkeen finely chopped onion & tomatoes
Spring some lime juice and enjoy with pav.
