Ingredients

  1. Samosa sheet
  2. 4 cupflour
  3. 2 TBSoil
  4. 1TS salt
  5. Water for kneading (as required)
  6. Filling of your choice
  7. Turkey filling
  8. Oil for frying
  9. Flour glue

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl, sieve the flour,add oil,salt.add water to make the dough.

    Knead the dough and allow it to rest for 10minute

    Cut the dough into equals sizes.Bring out one of the dough, On a working surface sprinkle some flour and roll it to make a round shape.

    Using brush rub some oil on it and sprinkle some flour, keep on repeating the same process with the remaining dough until you finish everything.

    Roll at least 5 dough togather

    Put non stick pan on low flame put the kneeded dough for 10seconds don't let it cook take it out nd cut in to triangle shapes.

    Fold your samosas,put the filling.

    Add flour glue at the edge and fold your samosa

  9. 9

    Fry samosa in a hot oil.
