    Slice the yam,peel it and add it into a pot then add water to boil until it’s soft

  2. 2

    Slice the onions and chop the tomatoes and scotch bonnets into tiny pieces then add palm oil into a pan and add the chopped ingredients when it’s start to fry add your seasonings and spices and let it simmer for 3 minutes

  3. 3

    When the yam it’s done sieve it and serve it with the sauce
