Mincemeat corn stew

Cooking Instructions

Fry sliced onions in oil. Add minced meat. Add thyme, oregano and salt.

Fry until dry. Add the tomato pepper base and continue to fry. Add the rest of the spices and seasonings.

When oil comes on top, add water and cook for about 10 minutes on medium low flame.

Finally add carrots and sweet corn and simmer for 5 minutes on low flame.

Serve with paste of choice.

To make pasta: parboil in boiling water for 5 minutes. Add new water enough to cook or slightly more. Add oil and salt. Cook until al dente. Add to sieve and run through water quickly. Cover and allow to strain completely. Serve hot.
