Sift flour

Add sugar

Add the nutmeg and mix all together

Add in butter and mix till crumble

Now add water little at a time and mix till you achieve a soft dough

Cover and let rest for 15min.

Wash and drain cabbage and carrot

Heat tbsp of oil, add garlic, pepper and onion mix, stir. Add cabbage and fry till tender, and in your cabbage, seasonings and spices. Sprinkle salt to adjust taste. Stir fry all ingredients. Remove from heat, drain to remove excess liquid

Sprinkle flour on work surface and knead dough once more

Divide into two and roll out dough flat about 1 inch thick.

Use a round cutter to make circle shape

Put the filling in the center

Use the other to cover top. Pinch the edges to seal.

Use a fork and press round

Fry over medium heat
