Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour
  2. 1tspn yeast
  3. Little salt
  4. Little sugar
  5. 1tspn baking powder
  6. 1egg
  7. Black seed
  8. Butter (for greesimg the baking pan)
  9. Shredded spicy meat (that is the fillings, you can change)

Cooking Instructions

    Sieve your flour and add all the dry ingredients combine together and make a soft dough as seing here, a hen cover and allow it to rise for good one hour or 30 minute.

    Divide the dough into pieces and use wooden stick to platen the dough and make a shaoe like fish as seing here in the pic then cut each side

    Add in your shredded spicy meat in the middle like this

    Then start by taking the first tail and cover it as you can see how i did it in the picture

    This is the perfect finishing

    On your oven and allaow it to be hot then Grease your pan with butter and arrange the meat bread on it then crack egg add in garlic powder and put the egg with a brush on too of the meat bread to give it that shiny look

    Add black seed on top and bake for 30minute

    And finally here is the outcome of my meat bread from the oven
