Ingredients

  1. 1-1/2 cupsliced purple fingerling potatoes
  2. 1-1/2 cupdiced white fingerling potatoes
  3. 20 ouncescoconut cream
  4. 15 ouncesevaporated milk
  5. 1 cupwater
  6. 2 earscorn
  7. 2stalks/ribs celery
  8. 1/2 cupthinly sliced leeks
  9. 1/2 teaspoontarragon
  10. 1 teaspoonsalt
  11. 2/3 cupchopped cooked hog jawl bacon
  12. 1 teaspoongranulated garlic powder
  13. 1 stickbutter

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Remove the corn from the cob. Chop, slice, and dice the vegetables and bacon. Add everything but the cream and evaporated milk. Simmer, covered, the chowder till the potatoes are fork tender.

    Add the milk and cream. Bring temperature up to just starting to steam. Cover let rest for 12 minutes. Serve I hope you enjoy!!!
