Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspbutter
  2. 1/2 cuponion, chopped
  3. 1/4 cupcelery, sliced
  4. 1 canpotatoes, diced
  5. 2 tbspflour
  6. 1 1/4 cupchicken broth
  7. 1/4 cupsour cream
  8. 1 tspfresh dill, minced
  9. 1/4 tsppepper
  10. 2 cupsmoked salmon
  11. 1 tspfresh parsley

Cooking Instructions

    In a saucepan, melt the butter.

    Saute the onion and celery.

    stir in flour, add broth and potato, and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until reaching boiling point.

    Add sour cream, dill, pepper, and smoked salmon.

    Heat 2-3 minutes, stirring constantly.

  6. 6

    Add parsley before serving.
