Ingredients

  1. 4 cupwater
  2. 3chicken cubes
  3. 1 canrefried beans (1 pound can)
  4. 1 canblack beans
  5. 1 canwhole kernel corn, drained
  6. 1 candiced tomatoes with cilantro and lime juice
  7. 1 candiced tomatoes with green chilies
  8. 1sour cream
  9. 1shredded cheese
  10. 1corn chips

Cooking Instructions

    In a large stew pot add water and cubes. Bring to boil.

    Once cubes are dissolved whisk in the can of refried beans until smooth.

    Pour in both cans of tomatoes, black beans, and corn.

    Heat through.

    Serve in a bowl with a table spoon of sour cream, sprinkle with shredded cheese, and a side of corn chips.
