Ingredients

  1. 1big cat fish
  2. Tomato paste
  3. Scotch bonnet
  4. Dread tomato
  5. Shombo
  6. cubesSeasoning
  7. Salt
  8. Palm oil
  9. Turkey
  10. Ponmo

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and ground ur pepper

  2. 2

    Wash and clean ur catfish and get rid of the drawness, I grilled my in an oven

  3. 3

    Wash and boil ur chicken,and ponmo with seasoning cube, salt and onion

  4. 4

    Get a clean pot and pour palm oil over it allow it to get hot slice in some onion and sachet tomato stir well to and allow to cook

  5. 5

    Then pour in your blended pepper and allow to cook for about 5mins then add in ur seasoning cubes, salt and leave to cook for few mins

  6. 6

    Them pour in the turkey,fish and ponmo allow to cook for few more mins till it done

  7. 7

    And check for the taste of okay by u turn off the heat and serve with ur favorite squad
