Cooking Instructions

Firstly you start by cutting your fish and use salt and warm water to wash it very well then keep aside and allow the water to strain

Bring your flour add all your spices curry fish masala seasonings corriander powder ginger garlic mix well bring your fish and coat with the flour mixture then put oil in a pan

When is hot you fry in the hot oil

Heat your pan on low heat add little oil then put your garlic paste add your grated peppers spring onions spices and seasonings stir cover and allow to fry for 5mint then pour your fried fish inside and mix together cover for 3mint

Serve with some cabbage and enjoy
