Ingredients

3-4 peoples
  1. 250 gmpaneer
  2. Butter 4 table spoons
  3. 2Capsicum
  4. 3Tomato
  5. 1 inchGinger
  6. 100 gmPeas
  7. Spices red chilli, hung,salt,turmeric,garam massala, sokha dhani
  8. 2 table spoonFresh cream

Cooking Instructions

    Grind tomato and ginger in a mixer grinder and make a smooth paste

  2. 2

    Cut capsicum and paneer in a cube shape

  3. 3

    Add butter 2 table spoon in a pan put one table spoon of jeera snd hing and sorte capsicum.

    Now add paste of ginger and tomato and fry till it didn't leave butter

  5. 5

    Now add peas and water in it and let it boil for5 min

  6. 6

    Add paneer and two table spoon of fresh cream(malai) boil it for more 5 min.

  7. 7

    Your paneer butter massala is ready to serve.

  8. 8

    Serve it hot.
