Ingredients

  1. 2Carrots(thinly sliced)
  2. 1Radish(thinly sliced)
  3. 6green chili (thinly slices)
  4. 1/2lemon juice
  5. 2 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspturmeric powder
  7. 4 tspmustard powder

Cooking Instructions

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Cut carrots,radish and green chili into thin slices

  2. 2

    Remove ve the yellow Center part of carrots

  3. 3

    In a big bowl,add chopped carrots,radish,green chili,salt,turmeric powder,mustard seeds powder

  4. 4

    Mix all together and add lemon juice,toss and mix well

  5. 5

    And serve with chapati,Parantha,pillow, and rice.you can store for 8- 10 days in the refrigerator
