I won a to become a product tester for a brand of vegetable juice. I was thinking of snacks that would go with it and I'm really into cabbage recently, and had a lot of cabbage in the house, so I thought I could make something with the cabbage that wasn't a meal. When I used mayonnaise, which goes well with cabbage, it added a great flavor, which goes so well with alcoholic drinks. Of course they're great as snacks for the children too. Even kids who don't like cabbage should eat these.

2 large outer leaves of cabbage should be around 100 g. If you don't have any Krazy Salt you don't need to use it, you can use a little salt and pepper or 1 teaspoon of consomme soup stock granules instead. Recipe by shokolat

Mix the combined ★ ingredients, cabbage, mayonnaise, and olive oil together with your hands. It will be dry and crumbly to begin with, but will come together gradually.

  4. 4

When the dough comes together, put it in a plastic bag and roll it out to about the size of a piece of B5 paper (176 × 250mm or 6.93 × 9.84 inches). Chill in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. It becomes easier to cut.

  5. 5

Cut into pieces of any size you prefer. Pierce the surface with a fork, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in a preheated 180°C oven for 18 to 20 minutes. They are done when they puff up a little and become golden brown on the surface.
