Ingredients

  1. 180 gramssourdough discard
  2. 160 gramswhole wheat flour
  3. 1/4 cupwater (60 grams)
  4. 2 tablespoonsoil (25 grams)
  5. 1 teaspoonsalt (6 grams)

Cooking Instructions

    Dissolve the sourdough discard in the water, then add the oil and flour.

    Knead a little and add the salt.

    Form a ball, cover it with a bowl, and let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

    Roll out the dough on a floured surface with a rolling pin. It should be very thin.

    Prick the dough with a fork and then cut the crackers with a pastry wheel.
