Stir Fried Cabbage and Walnuts with Lemon Butter
For my family's health, I feel it's better to reduce the amount of salt in our everyday meals. But it gets boring if the food is too bland, so I made a recipe that is tasty and pungent even with less salt.It might taste bitter if the walnut skin isn't completely removed, so if you are using raw walnuts, make sure to peel the skin well in step 2. It really makes a difference. Recipe by caramel-cookie

Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fried Cabbage
Spicy Szechuan Stir-Fried Cabbage is packed with bold flavors—spicy, tingly, and super fragrant! It’s a quick and easy dish that takes less than 15 minutes to make. The best part? Tearing the cabbage by hand is surprisingly fun and helps it soak up all the flavors. Just chop some scallions, garlic, and ginger, heat up the oil, stir-fry the spices, then toss in everything else. Cook until the cabbage is tender but still crisp, add a splash of vinegar, and finish with a drizzle of chili oil. That’s it! So simple, so good—perfect with a bowl of rice! Enjoy!

Pan-Fried Spring Cabbage with Garlic
I wanted to enjoy the flavor of spring cabbage. I've been making this for more than 10 years, whenever spring cabbage was in season. I used to use butter for this, but these days I use healthier olive oil. This is also delicious stir-fried in butter instead of olive oil. Adjust the stir-frying time to taste! For 4 servings. Meltingly Soft Simmered Cabbage
My husband has a lot of work related gatherings these days, so I wanted to come up with a dish that was gentle on the stomach but still delicious. But men may still prefer crispy fried bacon, maybe? If you add some broccoli or red bell peppers and simmer them together with the cabbage, the dish will be colorful and you can enjoy the umami of the bacon even more. Gratinéed Rice with Lots of Chinese Cabbage!!!
I had so much Chinese cabbage, it wouldn't fit in the refrigerator. I had to find a way to use it up. This dish also works if you want a seafood dish made with ingredients on hand.In the spring, I often make this with new onions and Chinese cabbage.Instead of Chinese cabbage, try regular cabbage, bok choy, onion, or lettuce.Instead of ground pork, try canned tuna, bacon, chicken, shrimp, scallops, or salmon. Simmered Spring Cabbage and Spring Onions with Mustard Cream
-I made it rather simply with what I had at home. It's easier if you use spring vegetables because they don't need to be cooked too long, but you can use regular cabbage and onions if they're not in season.-It's so easy, but no one thinks of it as a lazy cook's recipe.-You can also use regular cabbage and onions and it will still be delicious. (Adjust the steaming time - after you cover the pan - and make it slightly longer.)-The potatoes makes it filling, but you can take them out if you don't need them.In that case, the volume will be a lot less so please add more cabbage and onions.-Also works with chicken thigh instead of pork. For 2-3 servings. Recipe by putimiko

Sandwich with Lots of Chinese Cabbage
I wanted to eat sandwiches with only vegetables! So I sandwiched heaps of seasonal Chinese cabbage and scallions, and it actually tasted quite nice.Rub salt into the Chinese cabbage and squeeze out the water, and hopefully the bread won't get soaked!? The other way to avoid the bread getting wet is to spread some margarine Until step 2, you could prepare the day before! Didn't get watery at all. For 1 serving. Recipe by John Lee Cooker

Crackers With Lots of Cabbage
I won a to become a product tester for a brand of vegetable juice. I was thinking of snacks that would go with it and I'm really into cabbage recently, and had a lot of cabbage in the house, so I thought I could make something with the cabbage that wasn't a meal. When I used mayonnaise, which goes well with cabbage, it added a great flavor, which goes so well with alcoholic drinks. Of course they're great as snacks for the children too. Even kids who don't like cabbage should eat these.2 large outer leaves of cabbage should be around 100 g. If you don't have any Krazy Salt you don't need to use it, you can use a little salt and pepper or 1 teaspoon of consomme soup stock granules instead. Recipe by shokolat
