Fresh Strawberry Sheet (For making bread)

Strawberries are affordable now, so I tried making this. It turned out sweet and sour and very fragrant - a luxurious strawberry sheet. It's my newest bread sheet, to fold into dough to make marbled bread and so on.
The strawberries weigh 200 g after being hulled. Please adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the strawberries you are using. If you want to add a more sour flavor, add a little lemon juice. Please adjust the microwaving time depending on your microwave. Please refer to the directions for a detailed how-to. Strawberry Dough for Cute Strawberry Milk Bread Strawberry Dough for Cute Strawberry Milk Bread
This strawberry sheet, strawberry sugar, pink cake is no longer being sold online. When I thought about it, I couldn't easily find it anywhere. There was nothing to do but make it myself. So, after close inspection by my husband, I finally made it. I couldn't evenly balance out the color, the flavor, and the stretching, so there was a lot of experimenting!!Decreasing the milk, and adding syrup, you can make subtly different matcha and coffee sheets. You can check if it heats completely because you can see when it becomes somewhat transparent, so it's easy to judge. [The details for inserting the sheet can be found in the helpful hints for "Japanese bread made with a matcha sheet" and "Adult Coffee Bread with a Coffee Sheet," so please check them out.] For 1 bundt cake mold. Strawberry Bread Strawberry Bread
I added dried strawberries to my usual strawberry dough, and created a white bread roll inspired by the novel "Heidi."The recipe calls for 150 g of strawberries but some stick to the mixer so the final amount is more like 145 g.The dried strawberries will be smashed if you add them in the automatic function of the bread maker. This gives the bread a strawberry taste throughout, if you prefer to retain the shape of the strawberries: mix in after removing the dough from the bread maker (like I do). Caramel Flavored Fold-in Sheet (For Bread) Caramel Flavored Fold-in Sheet (For Bread)
This is a fold-in baking sheet I made for myself, since I love caramel flavor. Since my recipe for chocolate marbled bread sticks received 10 "I made this" reports, I remember that I'd gotten a request (some time ago) for the caramel sheet recipes, so here it is.I use a 700w microwave oven. Please adjust the cooking time depending on your microwave. Be careful not to burn yourself when adding the boiling water to the caramel sauce (since it splatters). The bitterness of the caramel depends on how long you cook it, so please adjust to taste. I like to caramelize it quite deeply. If you would like a milky caramel flavor, try using cream instead of milk. Recipe by Yukiline cookpad.japan -

Strawberry Yeast Bread Strawberry Yeast Bread
I tried this straight method, even though I wasn't very good it yet.Use your kotatsu (warm table) when making the fermented strawberry liquid, or letting your dough rise. If you have a bread maker, this is easy if you use the Hoshino natural yeast starter mode! When making the starter, add a little raisin yeast. Fermentation will be accelerated, and you won't waste any. Recipe by jirocho cookpad.japan -
