Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 2 tbspchopped garlic
  2. 1 tbspcooking oil
  3. 1 handfulsliced wonton (or shu mai)
  4. 1 handfulsliced fish balls
  5. 1 handfulchopped Chinese cabbage (or any greens)
  6. 1 tbspoyster sauce
  7. 1/2 tspfish sauce
  8. 1/4 tspchicken or mushroom seasoning powder (to taste)
  9. 1 tbspsambal sauce (optional)
  10. 1 tspchilli flakes (optional, add more if you like it spicier)
  11. 10-15 tbspwater
  12. 1 tspsesame oil
  13. Sugar and salt (to taste)
  14. Serving
  15. Steamed rice
  16. Rice / fish /shrimp crackers

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the frying pan with 1 tbsp of oil. Once the oil is hot, add chopped garlic.

    Add the sliced wonton and fishballs.

  3. 3

    Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, seasoning powder, sambal sauce and chilli flakes. Stir. Add water.

  4. 4

    Turn the fire on high heat, add chopped cabbage. Stir fry for a few seconds. Add sesame oil.

  5. 5

    Turn the heat off. Add a bit of sugar and salt if desired.

  6. 6

    Serve warm with the steamed rice and your favorite crackers.
