This chicken biscuit is made of a buttery soft biscuit and seasoned to perfection fried chicken.

Ingredients

  1. 2chicken thighs or brests (rinsed)
  2. 1 cupoil
  3. 1/2 stickbutter
  4. 1 cupcorn starch
  5. 1/2 cupflour
  6. 1 1/2 cupssoy milk for chicken or 3 eggs
  7. 1 tsppaprika
  8. 1 1/2 tspgarlic powder
  9. 1 tsponion powder
  10. 1/2 tspbasil
  11. 1/8 tspground ginger
  12. 4pickle stackers
  13. Dashhot sauce
  14. Salt and pepper to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a medium or large skillet add your oil and butter.

    In medium bowl add the soy milk or eggs and dashes of hot sauce. Submerge chicken.

    In a medium mixing bowl add flour and corn starch and all seasonings. Mix well. Add chicken.

    Fry until done.

    Let chicken drain on paper towel or cooling racks and now add your chicken to the biscuit along with the pickles and dressing of your choice.
