Ingredients

15 minutes
  1. 10-15small onion (pearl onions)
  2. 10long green chillies in slits
  3. 1/2 cupsmall pieces of beetroot
  4. 1 inchginger chopped
  5. 10whole black pepper
  6. 5cloves
  7. 2 tspsugar
  8. to taste salt
  9. 1 cupvinegar (white sirka)
  10. 2 cupwater
  11. 1 inchcinnemon stick

    Make preparations arrange all the things

    In a pan, boil water put long, peppers, sugar,salt,and beetrute

  3. 3

    Boil it to the colour change and fragrance comes out,cool it.

  4. 4

    Take a knife remove out root part,cross the shoot part

  5. 5

    Fill jar with onion, ginger, and slit green chillies

  6. 6

    Pour cold liquid upon these onion.at last add white benager cover the lid.

  7. 7

    After 24 hours it's absorbed colour and taste, it's ready we can rellish this till a week.

  8. 8

    One more tip> if onion finished we can again fill jar with the onion. We can use this liquid twice.
