Cooking Instructions
- 1
Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside
- 2
Place the wet ingredients in a medium heatproof bowl. Set the bowl over a saucepan of water and bring the water to a simmer over medium to medium-high heat. (Do not let the water boil, and make sure the water does not touch the bottom of the mixing bowl.) Stir and heat until the mixture is smoothly combined.
- 3
Slowly add the dry mix to the wet mix bowl, stirring to evenly distribute as you go.
- 4
When fully mixed, remove from heat. Line a pan or tupperware with parchment paper. Roll up small balls in your palms and set them in the pan side by side. It’s okay if they touch, you’ll just have to use a spoon to break them apart when they’ve cooled.
- 5
Set in the freezer overnight. The next day, I typically pull them out and break some up to put some into a bag to thaw in the fridge for easy access. Keep most frozen until you wanna eat em, and give them a day to thaw in the fridge.
