I tried shabu-shabu style Aussie beef would turn out refreshing and delicious if I ate it with Hanamaru Market's (a morning TV show) All-purpose Spring Onion dressing, so I thought of this. The original recipe had less sugar, and used bonito flakes. When I tried making this, the meat turned out juicy just as I had imagined. It was cool and refreshing. Be careful about overeating because you will gobble this up in one bite~.Using Piyo-piyo's parboil method, the Aussie beef turned out juicy. By using Hanamaru Market's all-purpose spring onion dressing, you can eat this quite refreshingly. You will probably have leftover dressing. A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef A Great Summertime Dish! Speedy Marinated Beef
I thought up this recipe during the height of summer. After many ridiculously hot days, I wanted to make a quick dinner so that I don't have to stay in the kitchen. When you get bored with cold shabu-shabu salad, this rich flavor yet light dish is great! It's delicious! The marinade flavor will penetrate the onions better if you slice them against the grain. If you don't have fresh parsley, dried is ok. You could even use aonori seaweed powder or you can omit it. You can use this marinade for thinly sliced pork too! Recipe by Mamemame cookpad.japan -
Roast Beef with Caramelized Onions Roast Beef with Caramelized Onions
The Magatello is a top-quality cut of beef, taken from the hindquarter of the cow. It is particularly appreciated for its organoleptic characteristics: lean meat with little fat and connective tissue, soft and easy to cut, with a sweet and delicate flavor. The Magatello is a very versatile product in the kitchen, with which many different dishes can be prepared. Another feature that makes this cut of beef particularly appreciated by cooks and non-cooks alike is its particular shape, similar to an elongated cylinder, which allows for slices of meat of the same size. I created this with a refreshing taste as a side dish to eat between main dishes. My guests rave over this marinade. The web of skin between the octopus tentacles is too watery, so discard.Try this recipe with parboiled squid, ham, or smoked salmon.Grain vinegar tends to be a bit too strong, so I don't recommend it.For those who find the onion too sharp or strong-smelling, soak in water before Step 2.
