Cooking Instructions

This is a picture of Mr. Yoshida's Sauce I'm currently using. I bought it at Costco.

Cut the pork into suitable lengths, put the pieces in a bowl, add the sauce, garlic and rub in well.

Heat oil in a frying pan. If you have the time or energy, first just fry the garlic you can pick up from the bowl.

Next, add the pork and stir fry quickly.
