Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  2. 2 tablespoonsflour
  3. 1 cupchicken stock
  4. Little salt
  5. Little paprika
  6. 2egg yolks
  7. 1/3 cupcream
  8. 1 tablespoonlemon juice
  9. Celery salt
  10. Onion seasoning
  11. Red pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter,add flour,blend well. Add chicken stock and cream, stirring constantly. Bring to boiling point, remove from fire. Add beaten egg yolks and seasoning.
