I came up with a recipe that I can make easily for my son who loves mango pudding.

Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 150 gramsMango puree
  2. 200 mlMilk
  3. 100 mlHeavy cream
  4. 40 gramsGranulated sugar
  5. 7 gramsGelatin powder
  6. 30 mlWater
  7. 1 tspGrand Marnier (Optional)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak the gelatin with water.

  2. 2

    Gently heat the milk, cream and granulated sugar in a saucepan.

  3. 3

    Add the gelatin from Step 1, mix and strain.

  4. 4

    Add the mango puree to the bowl from Step 3 and mix. Put the bowl in ice water and chill.

  5. 5

    When cooled, optionally add the Grand Marnier.

  6. 6

    Pour the mixture into moulds and chill in the fridge to harden.

  7. 7

    Decorate with strawberries or other fruit and whipped cream to finish.
